Refund policy.

Cancellation, refund and return terms for trainings, courses and services purchased from IT Expert.

1. Right of withdrawal

In compliance with Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, customers who purchase trainings, courses or services online may request cancellation with a full refund within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of payment confirmation.

2. Cancellation after the withdrawal period

After the 7-day period, and provided the training has not yet started, the student may request cancellation with a refund of 80% of the amount paid, with 20% retained to cover administrative and operational costs.

If the training has already started, no refund will be granted. At IT Expert's discretion, the enrollment may be transferred to another class or to another student designated by the original buyer.

3. Cancellation by IT Expert

If a training is cancelled or postponed by IT Expert, the student may choose between rescheduling to a new class at no additional cost, or a full refund of the amounts paid.

4. Refund method and timing

Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the purchase, within up to 30 (thirty) days from approval of the request. Credit card refunds may take up to two billing cycles to appear on the statement, depending on the card issuer.

5. Consulting and project services

For consulting services, network and infrastructure projects, and software development, the cancellation and refund terms are defined in the specific contract signed by the parties, which prevails over this general policy.

6. How to request

Cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to contato@itexpert.com.br, including the buyer's details, order number and the reason for the request.
